Requirements:
- 1year experience required.
- Neuro experience preferred not required.
- 1 year of EPIC charting experience required.
- Flu Vaccine Required No Exemptions.
- Required certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS.
- Active SC or multistate license required
- 1st time travelers accepted.
Required Clinical Skills:
- Starting IVs accessing ports managing PICC & central lines peripheral IV care blood product administration PCA & heparin protocols
- HFNC nasal cannula trach management
- Telemetry (remote) dysrhythmia interpretation & management Rapid Response Team use
- CVA care spinal cord injury traumatic brain injury pre/post neurosurgery continuous bladder irrigation isolation precautions surgical drain management Feeding tube care
Schedule:
- Shift hours: 3 x 12 hr.
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other
- Required Float as needed.
