Requirements:
- Required 1 years experience.
- Required 1 year of Epic charting experience.
- Medication System: Omnicell
- Flu Vaccine Required No Exemptions.
- Required certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS TN active RN license.
- Required 1 years experience for travelers.
- Required Float as needed and per skill set.
- Stroke and Tia patients
- High acuity med-surg patients
- Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation
- Shift hours: Night 3x12-Hour (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
- Weekend Coverage: Every Other.
- Required Float as needed and per skill set.
