Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing to ensure seamless material flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Identify and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency with ERP systems preferably PeopleSoft or SAP to manage shipping and receiving data.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory records.
- Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving operations.
WE VALUE
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
- 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
