Schedule:Monday through Friday 10 AM 2 PM
Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking areliable and compassionate LPN or RNto provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is apart-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- CurrentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensefrom the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Experience working in ahome health or home care settingpreferred.
- Strongclinical communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
