Yard Coordinator | IMMEDIATE START

Were on the lookout for a sharp no-nonsense Yard Coordinator whos ready to take charge keep things moving and make sure our yard runs like a well-oiled machine.

If you are highly organised experienced in a fast-paced environment tackle issues head-on and lead your team with purpose this role is for you!

Yard Coordinator Own the Yard Drive the Action

• Take charge of yard operations coordinate truck movements loading/unloading delivery schedules and keep everything running like clockwork.
• Stay sharp and in control coordinate orders stock levels and maintain driver schedules while working closely with internal teams.
• Keep your finger on the pulse track stock transfers scrap movements and smash out daily inventory checks.
• Maximise space maintain order and keep the yard spotless because a tidy yard is a safe yard.
• Build solid relationships with crews subcontractors and customers keep things flowing and safe.
• Step up when things get tough solve problems fast stay cool under pressure and deliver every time.
• Lead by example set the standard train new team members and help build a tight-knit high collaborating team.
• Bring 5 years of hands-on yard or logistics coordination experience heavy ugly or oversized freight is a requirement.
• Hold a Cert III in Logistics (or similar) a current drivers licence and forklift ticket you know your way around the gear.
• Be laser-focused organised and ready juggling priorities without dropping the ball should be your strength.
• Be a quick learner and ready to learn every day you need to know the yard the products and the customers inside & out.
• Safety is your top priority building your teams trust feeling of being safe and willingness to voice safety concerns is the first step in building team camaraderie.
