About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our growing teamworking closely with our Senior Legal Counsel to support the business across a broad range of legal matters.
This is a hands-on commercially focused role that offers exposure to construction property development and corporate legal work within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting contract management risk mitigation and legal compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review draft and negotiate construction consultant and commercial contracts
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across multiple business units
- Support the management of disputes claims and external legal providers
- Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks across projects and operations
- Contribute to the development of legal templates policies and processes
- Support employment law and general corporate legal matters
About You
- 25 years post-qualification experience in Corporate/Commercial or Construction Law
- Experience in construction property or development is highly regarded
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a practical solutions-focused approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
