Job Description:
- Update the Organisation chart and recommend improvements to the Organisation chart based on best industry practices. Structure roles and plan growth for staff.
- Plan a career progression framework that supports the staffs long-term development in a structured way. It acts as an occupational roadmap for the staff with each new title bringing them a step closer to their ideal position.
- Identify the best skills and competencies each role must have.
- Design develop and lead the implementation of the career progression strategy.
- Responsible for identifying departmental needs of manpower including cabin crew - after consulting with various verticals and Vice President IFS & Training and achieving recruitment targets as per the plan set.
- Conduct Cabin Crew interviews including grooming assessment.
- Support the department and work very closely with HR in developing strategies for the selection and recruitment of talent Training and retaining employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Plan and conduct interviews and assessment centres.
- Designs implements and promotes career development programs for the department.
- Ensure the best onboarding experience is offered by HR to the new joiners.
- Conduct regular sessions with staff to update them on company expectations general areas of improvement and speak about growth stories in the organization staff engagement for motivation and reinforce a positive reputation.
- Guide staff to hone their skills to achieve their goals.
- Sets the basic schedule of career development activities during the year.
Desired Qualification / certifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 10years in aviation industry out of which minimum 05 years mustbe in a supervisory role in operations/training/recruitment.
- The candidate must also have experience in organizational development coupled with excellent proven facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of various systems / programs that are utilised for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Style and Image Qualification
- Familiar with competency based interviewing skills.
