Job Summary

Job Description:

  1. Update the Organisation chart and recommend improvements to the Organisation chart based on best industry practices. Structure roles and plan growth for staff.
  2. Plan a career progression framework that supports the staffs long-term development in a structured way. It acts as an occupational roadmap for the staff with each new title bringing them a step closer to their ideal position.
  3. Identify the best skills and competencies each role must have.
  4. Design develop and lead the implementation of the career progression strategy.
  5. Responsible for identifying departmental needs of manpower including cabin crew - after consulting with various verticals and Vice President IFS & Training and achieving recruitment targets as per the plan set.
  6. Conduct Cabin Crew interviews including grooming assessment.
  7. Support the department and work very closely with HR in developing strategies for the selection and recruitment of talent Training and retaining employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  8. Plan and conduct interviews and assessment centres.
  9. Designs implements and promotes career development programs for the department.
  10. Ensure the best onboarding experience is offered by HR to the new joiners.
  11. Conduct regular sessions with staff to update them on company expectations general areas of improvement and speak about growth stories in the organization staff engagement for motivation and reinforce a positive reputation.
  12. Guide staff to hone their skills to achieve their goals.
  13. Sets the basic schedule of career development activities during the year.


Desired Qualification / certifications:

  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 10years in aviation industry out of which minimum 05 years mustbe in a supervisory role in operations/training/recruitment.
  3. The candidate must also have experience in organizational development coupled with excellent proven facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good knowledge of various systems / programs that are utilised for data analysis.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  6. Style and Image Qualification
  7. Familiar with competency based interviewing skills.
