Job Summary
- Manage APQP-based part development activities including PPAP and ECN implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design Quality Production Purchase) and suppliers.
- Oversee tooling development mold trials sample validation and dimensional inspections.
- Prepare and maintain project plans trackers risk assessments and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 customer-specific requirements and quality tools.
- Handle supplier reviews customer technical discussions and audit support.
- Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution during trials and production readiness.

| Qualification and Experience | Diploma / / B.E. in Mechanical Polymer Plastics or related engineering discipline. 10 15 years of experience in automotive plastic/rubber part development or project management. Prior experience in the automotive industry is mandatory/preferred.

| Skills & Competencies | Strong knowledge of APQP PPAP ECN DFMEA PFMEA Understanding of Injection molding Rubber molding/extrusion Plastic extrusion Tooling knowledge: molds dies fixtures gauges Ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T CAD familiarity (CATIA / NX / SolidWorks) Strong project management problem-solving and supplier coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint MS Project
