We Are Currently Hiring: Mental Health Technician-Therapy Focused
As aMental Health Technician youll be empowering youth to overcome barriers related to mental health and help them to develop essential life skills. Services will include Individual Skills Development and Enhancement Medication Management and Wellness Management services. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting individuals with mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals and or families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all age groups
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices
- Collaborate with clients to create goalfocused individualized service plans
- Deliver services in a variety of settings which may include office community or clientpreferred locations
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field
- Eligibility for a WI in training license (APSW or LPC) or holds a full licensure in LPC or LCSW
- Experience with assessment diagnosis and treatment planning
- Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Ability to work independently and engage in ethical and decision-making process
- Valid drivers license
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Schedule:
- Hours vary based on program/client needs.
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
- Hours may increase during holiday breaks and summer months.
Hourly Pay:
- $22.00/hr
