Quality Control Support Specialist

Job Summary
Were looking for someone organized detail-oriented and proactive to join our Quality Control team. This is an administrative position based at our Corporate Office supporting licensing training and compliance across the company.
Youll play a key part in making sure our technicians are properly licensed trained and ready to workwhile helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What Youll Do
- Process new hire licenses and renewals (SPCB & Ag.)
- Track licenses (Branch 1 2 3 QAL PCA RA etc.)
- Maintain accurate licensing records and databases
- Monitor expiration dates and notify teams ahead of time
- Coordinate and communicate training schedules
- Support QC regulatory and training documentation
- Respond to licensing questions from technicians and managers
- Assist with corporate support tasks (calendars meetings internal coordination)
- Help keep records organized and audit-ready
What Were Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel databases and office tools
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- High level of accuracy and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Administrative or office support experience
- Experience with licensing compliance or records management is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
