Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to be based in Prince George or Fort St. John BC. The successful candidate willmanage the development implementation and evaluation of major projects. Projects are taken from original concept through to final completion. Provides recommendations to the executive and clients regarding policy development resource allocation decisions and stewardship updates to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager on project status and and implements all consultation and communication and conducts project evaluations and post-implementation reviews and documents findings for future the overall change control process throughout the life cycle of the project including changes to the written scope statement project schedule budget and Oversight: Oversee daily project operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company Management: Recruit train and manage project and assigned staff fostering a positive and productive work Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the project and assigned personnel identifying areas for availability for site meetings and field work is 30% of the time and expected office work is the remaining 70%.
