Job Summary
As the Student Nurse you willbe responsible forprovidingadministrative support to theInvivaCoordination Centre and Operations team.
Specific Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilitiesgenerally includebut are not limited to:
Collect documentation from fax machines and sort forappropriate PatientCare Representative
Assistwith faxing key documentation to various customers and stakeholders
Organize and sort patient files for offsite storage
Maintain an up-to-date andaccuratefiling system both traditional and electronic
Provide phone support for coordinationcentreteam as necessary
Collaborate with Head Office employees in organizing patient information
Research and complete special projects as assigned
Always keep work area safeorganizedand clean
Follow company Health and Safety policies.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing program
0-1 years of experience
Key Competencies
Previousexperience in administrative and clerical support preferred
Professional and independent individual with excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Ability multitask and pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment
Proficiencyin Microsoft Word and Excel
