Job Summary
As part of a landmark and visionary renovation project Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George are creating one of the most advanced Spa & Wellness Center in the country. To lead this transformative journey we are seeking an exceptional Director of Spa and Wellnessa forward thinking leader who will redefine luxury wellness in Greece.
The Role
The Director of Wellness will lead the development and activation of a worldclass holistic ecosystem integrating innovation tradition and personalized experiences. The role will shape a distinctive philosophy of wellbeing supporting guests throughout their entire journeyprearrival instay and postdeparture.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Wellness is expected to:
- Design and implement a holistic wellness strategy aligned with the hotels brand positioning and global best practices.
- Introduce and manage advanced wellness and recovery technologies ensuring they are guestcentric and resultsdriven.
- Evaluate emerging wellness innovations and seamlessly incorporate them into the guest experience.
- Maintain the high standards of treatment experiences service and attention to detail within the spa
- Build inspire and lead a highperforming wellness team across spa beauty fitness and wellness services.
- Develop manage and deliver the Spa and Wellness business plan including the annual budget and forecasting as well as performance reporting
- Work closely with the Hotel Marketing and PR team to develop and execute strategic Spa marketing and PR initiatives
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management Wellness Health Sciences or a related discipline; professional Spa and/or Wellness certification preferred.
- Minimum of 812 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury spa wellness or destination wellness operations in an international or multiproperty environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is desirable.
