Reports (AFE Daily Headcount Cost Summary Monthly)
- Daily
- Headcount
- Cost Summary
- Create Reqs in SAP
- Order Materials in SAP
AFE Monthly Report
- Upload Permit Request
- Herc Truck Rental Management
- Equipment Rentals Management
- Accruals
- Forecast
- Microsoft Project Scheduling
- Planning backup and assistance
Investigate Invoices for errors or increases needed
Help Locating Drawings when needed
Project Packages

Additional Responsibilities when asked to support turnaround:

Verify and Process Track Overrides
Verify & Authorize Track Timesheets
Populate Turnaround Force Report Daily
