Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland. Were passionate about education supporting our students and building a team that feels more like a family.

Were currently on the lookout for a motivated friendly and organised person to join our Brisbane Capalaba team as a Training Coordinator and no experience is required!

What Youll Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator youll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Dont worry well teach you everything you need to know.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship training
• Scheduling on-site and in-house training with employers
• Monitoring student progress
• Student life-cycle administration tasks
• Communicating with students trainers and employers.

• Confident and professional on the phone and in person
• Friendly helpful and a team player
• Willing to learn take direction and follow processes
• Great with detail and like to stay organised
• Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
