Role Purpose
The Specialist Event and Webinar Marketing is responsible for delivering highimpact global email marketing which drive awareness and attendance for inperson events and webinars aligned to our priorities as an organisation and responding to global high profile news events.
The role exists to ensure these events are consistently planned promoted and executed across regions through effective email and social marketing strong stakeholder collaboration and disciplined use of marketing technology. Working closely with research teams and the Growth and Corporate Marketing Teams this role supports the organisations thoughtleadership and commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Event & Webinar Promotion
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote global inperson briefings and webinars
Support the promotion of these events across regions working to a central events calendar and global schedules
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event information messaging and timelines are accurate and aligned
Email Marketing & Automation
Build deploy and optimise email campaigns using Pardot
Manage audience segmentation email journeys testing and performance tracking
Ensure best practices in email deliverability compliance and campaign hygiene
Work with Marketing Operations to ensure Pardot processes are followed and developed
Social Media Promotion
Create and schedule social media promotion for events including webinars and inperson briefings
Work with internal teams to align social messaging with brand guidelines
Monitor engagement and optimise posts to improve reach and registration
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with global research teams to understand priorities and translate content into effective marketing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing sales and research teams to maximise attendance and impact
Platforms Reporting & Optimisation
Manage and update Salesforce ensuring accurate tracking of leads and registrations to ensure all progress through the funnel
Work with our webinar platform to set up and deliver the webinars
Track and report on campaign performance including registrations attendance and engagement
Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
About You
Experience in B2B marketing ideally with a focus on in person events webinars or campaign marketing (3 years)
Experience using Pardot or a similar email marketing/marketing automation platform
Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM
Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event tools
Experience promoting events across multiple regions or time zones
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Understanding of global marketing environments and crossregional collaboration
This role would suit a proactive and highly organised individual with a strong sense of ownership who is comfortable working in a fast paced global environment
You are collaborative with the confidence to work across senior stakeholders
Have a data driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Working knowledge of AIenabled marketing tools to support content creation campaign optimisation audience targeting and performance analysis (e.g. generative AI predictive analytics or similar capabilities)
