Maintenance Technician Full Time
Pay: $21.00 $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

On-Call Requirement:
This position includes participation in an on-call rotation with other team members. You will only be on call during your assigned rotationnot every weekend.

Typical Essential Functions

• Work independently to complete maintenance requests
• Perform general maintenance work including plumbing electrical and HVAC
• Maintain required departmental databases
• Support other Maintenance team members with tasks
• Respond to emergencies following the Emergency Action Plan
• Assist with Maintenance Grounds or other departmental duties during staff absences or shortages

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Vocational training in one maintenance trade preferred
• 34 years of experience in the maintenance field
• Ability to read write speak and understand English
• Willingness to work occasional overtime
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
