- Salaried position with bonus opportunities (average bonus payout of $20000)
- Commission potential up to $100000 annually when goals are achieved

What Youll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales outreach
- Prospect and develop leads through cold calling networking referrals and head hunting efforts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across healthcare hospitality office industrial and educational facilities
- Meet with decision-makers and present customized facility service solutions
- Partner with operations teams to prepare estimates and proposals
- Attend networking events and industry functions to grow market presence
- Consistently manage and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building practices to secure long-term accounts
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in janitorial facility services HVAC landscaping paving or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Strong cold caller mentality with confidence in prospecting and business development
- Self-motivated hunter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-driven environment
- Estimating experience is a plus but not required
