At RealTruck International were building a more connected data-driven and agile supply chain organization and were looking for an S&OP Manager who wants to be at the center of it. This role goes beyond maintaining spreadsheets and requires proactive hands-on planning and problemâsolving.

Youll help drive how our international business plans demand align operations manage risk and make commercial decisions across RTD RTT and RTA. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales Finance Product and Operations and play a key role in turning data into decisions.

What youll be doing

• Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process across multiple international business units
• Turn data forecasts and commercial inputs into one aligned business plan
• Drive forecasting accuracy scenario planning and business performance insights
• Lead end-to-end finished goods inventory management with a focus on customer on-time delivery performance and optimizing working capital
• Partner closely with Sales Finance Product Management and Operations teams
• Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make smarter faster decisions
• Identify risks gaps and opportunities before they become operational problems
• Help shape a more mature data-driven planning culture across the organization
• Influence stakeholders across functions and countries

What were looking for

You probably come from a background in:

• S&OP
• Demand Planning
• Supply Chain Planning
• Integrated Business Planning
• Commercial Planning or Analytics

And you likely have:

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Power BI
• A commercial mindset not just operational thinking
• The ability to communicate clearly with both operational teams and leadership
• Comfort working in a fast-moving international environment

Practical Information

The position is based at our international HQ in Frederikssund Denmark and its a hybrid position with a work life balance flexibility.
