Experience in multiple AWS services such as EC2 EBS S3 NLB IAM Lambda CloudWatch CloudTrail and VPC including rehydration or patching knowledge in cloud infrastructure
Experience in Microservices Architecture such as API Gateway or Apigee
Expert in driving crisis and high severity incident calls
Expert in Agile methodology and IT Service Management
Good understanding of infrastructure technology stack including Linux AIX Windows VMWare OpenStack KVM HP Dell and AIX server hardware Experience in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager OLVM is a huge plus
Ability to identify gaps and process improvements to enhance the stability of the environment
Experience collaborating with various vendors such as Red Hat HP Dell IBM AIX on RCAs and implementing solutions
Ability to seek out and share new ideas approaches and industry insights towards automation and stability in infrastructure domain self service and self healing
Strong communication collaboration and relationship building skills with partners and key stakeholders focused on delivering fast and easy to consume technology solutions
The Expertise We Are Looking For
8 plus years of relevant IT experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field
Must have extensive experience in the following technologies
Server Operating Systems Linux AIX Windows
Virtualization technologies VMWare KVM OLVM
Kubernetes
Intel Enterprise Server level hardware HP IBM Dell
Scripting and automation Bash Python Ansible
Note Shift timings Team members work either of two 9 hour shifts five days a week on a rotational basis The shifts are 6 00 AM to 3 00 PM IST and 2 00 PM to 11 00 PM IST including weekends and holidays as rostered
