Position Description
6 years relevant technical experience in Network and zscalar support / operations Manage and configure Zscaler (ZPA and ZIA) policies and rulesTroubleshooting Zscalar issues. Configuring Forwarding profile app profile the Traffic Flows for both Https (web Traffic) standard and custom application-based traffic and accordingly design solution around it for Firewalling and Proxy & Whitelisting based on project Understanding in PAC profiles and Zscaler connection issues in ZPA creating updating application segments and access about SSL inspection and certificate to have very good knowledge on routing switching and internet content knowledge of routing protocols ()Minimum 4 relevant experience ZscalerZIA ZPA Zero trust mgmtGood Knowledge of L2 L3 Protocols for IP Networks DHCP DNS VLAN PPP ICMP ARP NAT QoS Knowledge on VLAN/VTP/ STP/ Port channel/HSRP/VRRP/GLBP/ VSS & VPCProxy exception rule managementOS upgrades proxy centralized management Troubleshooting Knowledge with stakeholders managementVery good Knowledge on LAN WAN Internet Good knowledge on monitoring tools Should be customer centric. Must proactively help junior team members in resolving issues while being open to share their ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines Should be able to follow the ticketing process according to the change request phases that are defined. Add value to your team environment by being enthusiastic and maintaining a Positive attitude. Provide technical leadership within a highly technical team
