Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients. There is expectation to transition into the Team Lead and lead the commercial account executive team.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that post probation the successful candidate will work three days in the office and two days out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Responding to potential new business opportunities which are either allocated by a director or which arise through the normal course of business.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of policies with insurers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- APA qualification.
- Compliant with CPD requirements & complete 15 formal hours of CPD each calendar year. These hours must be relevant to the specific function
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
