Commercial Account Director Dublin
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Commercial Account Director within our Sales team. In this role you will develop relationships to grow and retain a panel of Corporate customers.
We would love to hear from experienced candidates who wish to embark on an exciting new career with Brown & Brown Ireland.
What you will do:
Provide a full insurance broking service to existing and new clients
Gain an in-depth understanding of clients requirements and risk management strategies and effectively communicate these to insurers
Lead negotiations for policy renewals and new business with Insurers securingoptimalterms including for complex or challenging cases
Conduct thorough research and analysis to selectappropriatemarketsandassistin designing insurance programmes tailored to client requirements
Offersubject matterexpertiseand recommendations on placement strategies policy structures and current market conditions presenting findings to clients where
Serve as the escalation point for resolving complex insurer queries
Ensure compliance with operational procedures
Build and sustain strong working relationships with insurers seeking regular feedback on service
Knowledgeskillsand experience:
5-10 years brokingexperiencewith a goodknowledge of commercial insurances product rangesincludingcommercial property;employers&public liability;commercial fleet; orprofessional indemnity
Demonstrable experience in insurance broking or underwriting forcommercial/corporate accounts
CIPor studying for ACII
Proven experience in relationship management with an established network of broker and insurercontactsdesirable
Ability tomaintainclear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
