Take the lead in shaping the future of our Citys facilities.
Were looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Facilities Division Superintendent to guide our team and ensure our buildings and properties are well-maintained efficient and safe.
In this role youll take the lead on:
Supporting and supervising a dedicated facilities team
Planning prioritizing and assigning daily work
Reviewing invoices and managing bid solicitations
Authorizing expenditures and overseeing project coordination
Preparing monthly reports and developing the Facilities Divisions recommended budget
Tracking spending and maintaining detailed maintenance recordsWere seeking someone with strong skills in budgeting personnel leadership and project management paired with solid expertise in facilities and property maintenance.

An Associates Degree in a related field and six years of directly related experience two years of which must be supervisory or lead; training and experience must be sufficient to meet requirements depending on assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description.
Licensing requirements:- Oregon Drivers License Class C

Physical Requirements: Climbing balancing reaching standing walking fingering grasping feeling talking hearing seeing and repetitive motions. Incumbent may exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Incumbents may be exposed to extreme temperatures and hazardous conditions.
