We are looking for a hands-on project leader with strong IC market acumen a passion project management and execution of full-custom integrated circuit development which includes quality management protocols and best practices. As ourProject Manager of IC Development you should have specific technical expertise in a broad range of process technologies and complex high-performance circuits with applications such as Neurostimulation Ultrasound ROICs Wireless Transceivers Energy Harvesting Sensor Interface and more. Responsibilities
Apply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include:
- Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development of teams.
- Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution including scheduling resource planning budget supplier contracts and project metrics. A strong engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected.
- Lead in the development of product concept planning to product implementation and execution planning.
- Development of detailed schedules identifying critical paths and schedule risk mitigations.
- Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer. Strong communication skills are a must.
- Represent IC Enable at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers IP vendors and foundries
- Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
- Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
- Continuously grow yourself and your organizations performance through proactive thinking on personal design and technology training
- Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management
- Manage your organizations financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3 years of experience in IC product design or equivalent
- Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired)
- Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits and hitting scheduled milestones.
- Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes
- Strong communication debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts
- Experience with a variety of process manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred
- Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements
