At The Externals Group we are a well known and established roofing contractor operating across Minnesota they are on the look out for an experienced Business Development Lead to join their team. This role involves networking with potential clients preparing detailed cost estimates and driving revenue through successful closed sales. The company provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary performance-based commission and excellent will receive ongoing training and be part of a great company culture
A Day in the Life:
- Use techniques such as networking cold calling & prospecting to acquire new customers while maintaining current client relationships..
- Work closely withsupport staff to ensure a smooth process for clients Providing excellent customer service throughout.
- Evaluate customer needs to provide as much relevant information so you can provide accurate proposals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in roofingexterior and data center sales.
- Strong understanding of estimating and specification processes.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
- Valid and clean driving license.
