Job Summary
PositionSummary:
We are seeking a dependable and service-orientedConciergeto support our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents families visitors and staff helping create a welcoming safe and well-coordinated environment. Flexibility is essential as shifts may vary based on staffing needs including evenings weekends and holidays.
Shifts Needed:
Monday *Every Monday 4:30pm-7:30pm
Every other Wednesday 4:30pm-7:30pm
Thursday *Every Thursday 4:30pm-7:30pm
Every other Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm
Every other weekend: 9am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents visitors and staff in a warm professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries efficiently
- Monitor building entry/exit
- Assist with resident requests
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with care staff regarding resident needs or concerns
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean presentable lobby area
- Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent or emergency situations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality healthcare or senior living preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with seniors including individuals with memory impairment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills (email scheduling systems phone systems)
- Reliable and flexible availability
