P&C Insurance Producer
Established broker seeking experienced producer with a hunter mentality. Must have comprehensive understanding of personal and commercial insurance be a networking rock star and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide guidance in choosing appropriate coverage.
Agency is run like a family and family comes first. Very low turnover and lots of opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Comfortable thinking outside the box and overcoming obstacles.
- Consultative sales.
- Prior sales experience.
- Must possess excellent communication skills including telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive agency revenue.
- Apply problem solving techniques to various issues.
- Ability to work with multiple carriers.
- Must carry an active P&C license.
