Education:
- Matric (essential)
- Diploma or Degree in Sales Business Engineering or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 25 years experience in a sales role (renewable energy experience highly advantageous)
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions energy efficiency or related technologies (preferred)
- Ability to generate leads build pipelines and close deals effectively
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with both residential and commercial clients
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
