Baker Hughes is seeking for Manifold and Distribution Systems Procurement Leader who will managea team of procurement professionals for the product line. The Team leader will manage and leadthe buying process apply sourcing policymanage theinterface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Develops notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).

Asa Manifold and Distribution Systems Procurement Leaderyou be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionalssafeguarding business KPIsandensuringwe are delivering tocustomer requirements on projects.

• Ensuring the team areplacing and following-up on POsas per plan.Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.

• Understanding broader concepts development of approaches and methods and knowledge management. Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.

• Developing influencing skills to achieve objectives strong influencing of others. Ability to develop team members.

• Delivering professional work.

• Handling professional work in the department. Employees are expected to choose approaches and methods to solve cases.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.

• Experience in leading and managing a team

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Demonstatedability toanalyzeand resolve problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

• Ability to document plan market and execute programs.

• Established project management skills.

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
