Behaviour Mentor

An Independent School in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a dedicated and supportive Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping students overcome barriers to learning and personal development.

The successful candidate will work closely with students across KS3 and KS4 providing targeted behaviour and pastoral support to help improve engagement attendance and overall wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with students staff and families while supporting students in maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

Responsibilities will include mentoring students on a one-to-one basis supporting behaviour intervention strategies monitoring progress and contributing to safeguarding and pastoral systems within the school. You may also support students during lessons breaktimes and enrichment activities where appropriate.

The school is looking for someone calm resilient and able to build strong professional relationships with young people. Strong communication skills patience and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and external agencies are essential for the role.
