The purpose of the unit is to manage and coordinate staffing activities within FAMLI including recruitment hiring onboarding and compliance. The unit works alongside HR Payroll hiring managers and employees to ensure that the right employees are onboarded timely ensuring rules regulations and organizational policies are followed.

The purpose of staffing coordinators is to manage and coordinate staffing activities within FAMLI including recruitment hiring onboarding and compliance. They work closely with HR hiring managers and employees to ensure that the right employees are onboarded timely while adhering to rules regulations and organizational policies. They may also analyze staffing data identify trends and make recommendations to optimize staffing processes. Compliance and policy adherence are key responsibilities for staffing coordinators as they ensure that the organizations staffing practices and policies comply with applicable HR rules and regulations. Their role is essential in supporting the overall success of the organization by maintaining an efficient and effective workforce.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience Only:

Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position such as professional scheduling/appointment system management staffing support to include clerical and office support staffing coordination.


OR

Education and Experience:

A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years such as professional scheduling/appointment system management staffing support to include clerical and office support staffing coordination.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Involvement with coordinating hiring efforts to include onboarding orientation offer letters and/or interviewing.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to prompt and encourage participation in gathering information on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience with documentation of office procedures.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Google Suite.
