Compensation: $25$30/hour ($52000$62000 annually)

Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally strong with people process and performance.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations managing a team and ensuring all client processesespecially payment management and program executionare handled with precision and accountability. This role requires someone who is a true leader comfortable managing all facets of a team including coaching accountability and when necessary termination.
A critical component of success in this role is strong proficiency in Zoho Modules and CRM. You will use Zoho to manage workflows track KPIs monitor team performance and drive operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Is a natural people person and influencer and enjoys leading others
  • Is comfortable holding a team accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards
  • Can confidently manage the full employee lifecycle (coaching performance management and termination when needed)
  • Thrives in a structured fast-paced and high-accountability environment
  • Uses systems technology and data (especially Zoho) to drive decisions and results
What Youll Do
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead coach and develop a team to achieve daily weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding performance management and terminations when necessary
  • Create a culture of accountability professionalism and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
KPI & Performance Management
  • Set track and enforce team KPIs using Zoho CRM dashboards and reporting tools
  • Monitor productivity quality and efficiency across the team
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Client & Financial Operations
  • Oversee client communication regarding programs and payments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing collection and reporting of all client payments
  • Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
Oversight Auditing & Compliance
  • Monitor and audit payment activity collections and vendor disbursements
  • Ensure all processes are compliant accurate and completed within required timelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
Process Improvement & Systems Management
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutionsespecially within Zoho workflows and automation
  • Optimize systems to improve tracking reporting and operational visibility
  • Lead special projects and internal audits
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a strong leader who is both people-focused and results-driven.
Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in Program Management Operations Compliance Financial Services or similar field
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (REQUIRED)
