- Assistant Manager: $18.00/hour
- Shift Lead: $16.50/hour
- (Plus tips averaging an extra $23/hour!)

The Roles:

Assistant Manager
You will support the Store Manager in driving profitability hiring and training a great team and overseeing daily operations. Youll be the right hand in ensuring our guests get the perfect cinnamon roll every time.

Requirement: Previous management experience in retail or food service and a valid drivers license.

Shift Lead

You will direct restaurant operations in the absence of the Manager. Youll oversee food quality monitor breaks and keep the team motivated and on track during your shift.

Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

What Youll Do:

Prep bake and serve world-famous Cinnabon products.
Lead by example with a positive attitude and high energy.
Ensure top-tier cleanliness and workplace safety.
Manage cash handling procedures and shift paperwork.
Help train new team members to reach their full potential.
