We specialize in commercial (office retail industrial medical) and residential property management apartments for rent in Los Angeles and greater LA County and commercial real estate for lease. This combined with our professional property management services makes PMA one of the largest property management companies in Southern California.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson CA.

Compensation

• $19.50-$23.00 per hour/40 hours per week
• Medical dental and vision insurance
• Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants showcasing the communitys features and amenities and turn prospects into residents
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Energetic fun-going personality and excellent people skills
• Exceptional leasing sales and marketing skills
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
• Proficiency with computers including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
• One weekend day is required
