Job Summary

Fraser Minnesotas leading provider in autism and other disability services is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing to be part of the executive team. Fraser is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This certification allows us to better meet the growing need for autism mental health and disability services in our community. As a result clients will benefit from faster access to treatment inclusive and culturally responsive whole-person care and dedicated care coordinators who provide continuous support throughout their treatment journey.

The Sr Director of Marketing will lead enterprise-wide marketing communications branding media relations and volunteer engagement initiatives. This executive leader will partner closely with the CEO Chief Advancement Officer and senior leadership team to strengthen Frasers brand support fundraising and recruitment efforts enhance community engagement and advance organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience including managing teams and large-scale marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing brand leadership messaging strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and relationshipâbuilding skills.
  • Experience supporting fundraising program marketing healthcare nonprofit or multiâsite operations preferred.
  • Masters degree or commensurate experience in Marketing Communications Business or related field required.
  • Valid Drivers License with acceptable record required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Frasers annual marketing strategic plan in partnership with the CEO and Chief Advancement Officer.
  • Align marketing initiatives with fundraising donor engagement recruitment advocacy and organizational priorities.
  • Lead multimedia advertising digital marketing social media and enterprise-wide communications strategies.
  • Supervise the Marketing team and provide leadership coaching and talent development.
  • Manage Frasers brand strategy and maintain a strong public presence in the community.
  • Provide executive oversight of Frasers Volunteer Program including strategy growth goals and performance metrics.

  • Full-Time Remote/Hybrid
  • $125-135K
