Role Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze complex sales marketing customer and digital data using advanced analytics visualization and statistical techniques
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multichannel campaigns and testandlearn initiatives
• Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
• Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior market trends and competitive dynamics
• Develop and present insights in clear nontechnical language for leaders and business partners
• Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning forecasting and strategic decisions
• Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data tools and best practices

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Applied Economics Marketing Business Finance or equivalent experience

Education & Experience

Required

• 2 years of experience in data analytics data science database marketing or market research
• Strong skills in SQL Excel and Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with forecasting segmentation and profitability analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

Preferred

• Masters degree in a related analytical or business field
• Experience working in cloud data environments such as Snowflake AWS or Hadoop
• Experience supporting marketing analytics within financial services or similar industries
