Job Summary:
As a Bridge Foreman youll take charge of crews performing critical bridge maintenance and repair work that keeps railroads safe and reliable. This leadership role combines hands-on oversight with planning and problem-solving ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. If youre a natural leader who values safety precision and teamwork this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on rail infrastructure.

This position requires 100% travel.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth organized railroad operations
  • Enforce compliance with safety procedures and maintain records as required
  • Monitor and control budgets related to bridge projects and other activities
  • Comply with all federal state and other applicable railroad safety and operational regulations (i.e. General Code of Operating Rules FRA Track and Bridge Worker Safety Standards safety rules)
  • Skilled in reading plans evaluating site conditions and determining safe practical methods for handling analysis and problem-solving; adept at identifying issues and implementing timely resolutions
  • Manage other projects and perform other duties as assigned

    Relocation:

    Prefer candidates to live within 500 miles of assigned location. Work schedule is 8 days on / 6 days off. Employees are required to travel to assigned work location for start of rotation and receive a mileage reimbursement following company reimbursement guidelines.
