About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration & Rostering Officer to join our residential aged care facility in Punchbowl.

The Community Field Nurse is a front-line position acting as a representative of My Guardian providing the services offered by the company. Their duties are not limited to those listed as the position has a wide scope of duties at times dependent on the needs of the company.

This position suits someone who enjoys structure works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home assessments and design personalised care plans that truly meet each clients needs.
• Lead mentor and empower care teams providing expert nursing guidance and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Deliver hands-on clinical care including wound management medication administration and dementia assessments.
• Monitor client wellbeing promptly identifying and reporting any changes in health or behaviour.
• Coordinate holistic multidisciplinary care by liaising with hospitals doctors and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate compliant documentation aligned with policy funding and regulatory standards.
• Build strong client relationships while fostering a high-performing customer-focused culture.
• Support operational excellence through collaboration with My Aged Care NDIS and internal administration teams.

About You

• Current and valid AHPRA Registration
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Compassionate patient and caring nature
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly
• Must have experience with care systems.
• Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Drivers license with access to own vehicle
