Job Summary
Our client in the software sector is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant Oracle EBS HCM on a contract duration for 6 months.
The role requires strong consulting capability stakeholder management and hands-on functional configuration experience within large and complex environments.
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) to support an ongoing enterprise implementation and support environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing functional leadership business process analysis solution design configuration testing stakeholder engagement and post-implementation support across Oracle EBS HCM modules.The role requires strong consulting capability stakeholder management and hands-on functional configuration experience within large and complex environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with Oracle EBS HCM.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Self-Service HR (SSHR)
- iRecruitment
- Learning Management
- Performance Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Time & Labour
- Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementations and support engagements.
- Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability.
- Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Knowledge of integrations between Oracle EBS HCM and third-party systems.
- Experience with testing methodologies and defect management.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Human Resources Business or related field.
- Oracle certifications will be advantageous.
- Relevant ERP or HCM certifications preferred.
