What is going to be a part of your workload

• Supporting our Spanish clients via e-mail and calls
• Creating editing tracking and being responsible for persons order
• Taking care of administrative agenda of clients orders including payments replacements and communication with suppliers and the warehouse
• Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers preferences
• Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

• Proficient knowledge of Spanish language regarding both written and spoken
• High empathy capacity and professional attitude
