The Role

As a Research Executive at Kantar you will be part of an enthusiastic team working with major (international) clients including banks insurance companies food companies breweries soft drink manufacturers supermarket chains car manufacturers and various other market-leading organizations. You will help them gain insights and provide advice that improves their customer experience.

In this role you independently maintain client relationships translate their questions into an appropriate research approach and turn research data into relevant actions and advice. Since many of our clients are international communication often takes place in English.

What You Will Do

  • You are the primary point of contact for clients on your projects.
  • You translate (together with others) client questions into a suitable research methodology.
  • You set up quantitative research independently in collaboration with our internal and external project managers.
  • You monitor deadlines project progress and handle urgent requests flexibly.
  • You analyze and interpret research results and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • You present results to clients and create impact with our insights.
  • You keep an eye on the financial/commercial performance of your projects and adjust where needed.
  • You build strong client relationships through daily interactions and can identify opportunities where Kantar can further support the client.

What We Expect From You

  • You have completed an academic degree.
  • Preferably you already have some experience in market research.
  • You are enthusiastic about helping clients and are interested in how large organizations can become more customer-oriented.
  • You are proactive assertive and customer-focused.
  • You can perform well under time pressure.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (spoken and written) knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
  • You enjoy giving presentations.
  • You are a good team player.
  • You like working with numbers and enjoy performing statistical analyses.
