What will your responsibilities be
As an Operations Coordinator you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be part of the Iris Facility Solutions team in Gosselies and will be responsible for:
Ensuring the proper execution of work by your team
Maintaining a good relationship with the client
Managing equipment and supplies
Providing training to your team
Leading and motivating staff
Planning your teams tasks
Complying with safety standards
Your skills and background
You
Hold a category B driving licence
Have basic knowledge of Outlook Excel and Word
Have experience in a supervisory or management position
Have (at least) experience in cleaning techniques
Are customer-oriented and flexible
