TheGlobal Solution Management Lead Portfolio Solutionsis a senior leader charged with leading and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across the primary Portfolio Services of Lease Administration Consulting Transaction Management and Brokerage.
This includes the ownership and development of the organization staffing modelidentifyingdetailed savings and improvement plans technology solutioning ensuring teams can deliver the solutions and financial analysis thatdemonstratesthe value proposition to our clients.
This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is critical to the success of our sales organization and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle from initiation to point of sale. This role is client-facing and will have exposure internally to the complete set of JLL capabilities to solve exceptional platforms results for our clients with the following responsibilities:
Partners with sales leaders functional subject matter experts and marketing to create the most tailored competitive solution possible for each client
Coordinating the development of clear articulate and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients
Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client
Assiststhe sales leader in contracting by helpingidentifythe best business terms language developing contract exhibits and conducting get-give analysis as needed
Own the deliverables that will be key for business planning
Participate in client-facing presentation & yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solution
Manage both directly and indirectly a team of global/regional and service line resources thatimpactthe solutions and proposed service offering
Financial pricing model (internal budget used during approval processes)
Develop andmaintainneeded benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing
Communicate with the delivery team and account management organization to helpfacilitateoperational handoff
InterestedAn ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
Required
10 years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills
Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development thinking beyond what we have always done creating a vision of what could be driving through hurdles andleading teams to develop unique solutions
Ability to partner critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts and Brokers toshowcasethe best of JLL capabilities
Strong writing skills including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary. This role willbe responsible forbespoke written responses that share the solution
Budget owner during negotiations tovalidatescope and priceidentifyingany financial or delivery risks for JLL including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. We will need to understand the concepts of our financial models and how to work within them
Strong background in Portfolio Services & understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the clients problem
Helpidentifyadditionalpotential sales or growth opportunities during the solution process
Ability to articulate and present account team solution structure delivery approach and maintenance strategy internally and to clients
Excellent capacity to listen articulate what was heard and mold this into a solution
Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment
Bachelors degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience
Preferred
Experience in large complex solutions for corporate occupiers is preferred
**This a hybrid role; we are open to any location with proximity to a JLL office

Estimated compensation for this position:
225000..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
