We are seeking a Social Worker 3 or 4 to be the first point of medical contact creating a welcoming environment while completing health screenings and medical histories. Join us and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community.

Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:

A masters degree in social work followed by two years of social services experience.

Job Duties:

• Provides direct clinical services to patients and their families.
• Maintain a caseload.
• Conducts brief psychosocial evaluations.
• Maintain clinical records of caseloads.

Appointment Type: Probation Appointment.

Location: Behavioral Health Clinic/Caring Choices Clinic-Leesville.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6:30 pm.

Compensation:Eligible for premium pay of up to two dollars ($2.00) per hour for hours worked.
