The Role
Network Steel is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team in Cleveland. As the Customer Service Representative you are responsible for maintaining customer relationships for Network Steel in line with the direction of the business. Your core responsibilities are focused on customer driven tasks and support any inquiries in a prompt professional manner. As a part of Network Steel team you are expected to role model the values and behaviours to ensure a high performing and engaged culture. This role will sit within the Sales & Marketing team and contribute to the business efficiency and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Understanding of Network Steel products to support customer queries
- Processing orders forms applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Key Skills
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Customer service experience with excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Helpful attitude
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and team player
- Computer skills including Windows Email Word and Excel
