A multi-branch and award-winning heavy equipment repair organization is immediately hiring an organized and detail-oriented Heavy Equipment Service Writer for their Etobicoke ON branch.

The Service Advisor will assist the Service Manager to maintain accurate and on-time reports and records in the Service Department. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- opening and managing work orders
- communicating with shop and field mechanics and customers regarding repairs costs and timelines
- updating customer profiles and records
- reviewing technicians timecards
- screening service calls and directing calls as needed
- ordering parts for work orders
- invoicing and payment processing
- producing detailed quotes/estimates for repair work
SERVICE WRITER/ADVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least three (3) years service writer/advisor experience in the heavy equipment or truck repair industry
Strong computer and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Shifts: Days 7:00am 4:00pm (Monday Friday).
COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:
$56000 - $64000/year
