Job Summary

Physician Assistant - Dermatology

Orlando/Apopka area

Full-Time On-Site

What Youll Do

Perform detailed medical histories and full-body skin examinations
Diagnose and manage all dermatologic conditions with a strong focus on skin cancer detection and treatment
Perform office-based procedures: biopsies cryotherapy ED&C excisions etc.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and pathology results
Create and execute treatment plans prescribe medications
Educate patients and families on skin cancer prevention and sun safety
Complete thorough EMR documentation and MIPS requirements within 48 hours
Participate in community outreach and skin-cancer awareness events
Work both collaboratively with the dermatologist and independently with confidence

What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Masters required)
Active Florida PA-C license (or immediately eligible)
Current DEA and Florida Controlled Substance Registration
NCCPA certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; dermatology background strongly preferred (will consider high-performing PAs from primary care urgent care or surgery with genuine interest in dermatology)
At least 1 year of EMR experience required
Outstanding clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Professional compassionate and team-oriented

Schedule & Compensation

Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)
Occasional weekends only for community events

Must-Haves:

Must have at least 3 years experience as a Dermatology PA-C
Must be comfortable with a census of 35-40 per day
