This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical environments relationship building and becoming a trusted technical expert for healthcare professionals.
About the role
As a Product Specialist you will provide front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff throughout surgical procedures.
The role is heavily focused on operating room support particularly during the first phase of onboarding with opportunities to gradually expand into broader customer support and account development responsibilities.
You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction supporting existing business and helping grow the Foot & Ankle portfolio through excellent service and technical expertise.

What you will do
Provide clinical and technical support during Foot & Ankle procedures
Scrub into surgeries and support surgeons in the OR
Educate healthcare professionals on product applications and best practices
Build strong long-term relationships with customers
Support inventory management and CRM administration
Work closely with the sales team to support account growth
Help troubleshoot clinical and technical challenges
Participate in ongoing product and clinical training
What we are looking for

Ideal backgrounds may include:
Operating Room Nurse
Physiotherapist
Clinical healthcare background
Biomedical Engineering graduate
Other anatomy-focused studies or experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
0 years of work experience
Fluent French and English
Valid drivers license
Willingness to travel across Wallonia and Luxemburg occasionally

Experience working in an operating room/theatre environment
Strong anatomical knowledge
