Executive Search Specialist – V.I.E Programme

Position & objectives:  

As an Executive Search Specialist you will join the in-house Executive Recruitment team based in Brussels Belgium to help source future leaders within various companies of the Eurofins network.  

Your main focus is to fill and maintain a strong executive pipeline by helping to identify relevant prospects for senior roles.

More specifically you will:

• Develop and execute search strategies
• Work closely with the other peers from the Talent Acquisition team to further strengthen the pipeline
• Plan and manage interviews for senior candidates
• Propose relevant profiles to senior management to support recruitment decisions
• Ensure data quality linked to candidate management
• Support ad hoc projects with a focus on executive talent pipelines

You will join an international office ideally located near parks and green spaces bringing together colleagues from over 35 nationalities. Qualifications :

Education: Graduated with a masters degree in human resources business or related degree. 

Languages: Excellent English both oral and written. Additional languages are a plus.  

Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing for executive roles delivering end-to-end executive search assignments and passive candidate sourcing. Experience from top-tier executive search agency or a professional in-house executive recruitment department is preferred.

Personal skills: Collaborative; strong networking and interpersonal skills; business acumen and interest in analysing market trends and movements; orientation to details; fast-learner.
